Big News and Giveaway Time!

A little Huff Shuff Lane Shop news for y'all first :)  The shop will be closed for the next two weeks because it's Vacation Time!  I'm jetting off tomorrow at 9 a.m. and won't be at the final destination until 8ish a.m. the next morning... hmmm... where in the world takes so long to get to??  That's a great question.  But, we've decided to work our little vacation into our next giveaway so it's a secret where we are off to.

The shop will be closing in about 3.5 minutes give or take a minute or two and will re open on September 10th.

Now for the giveaway info!

and the fun part will be to guess correctly what city we are in when we post a photo of one of our new products that we will be premiering in the shop when we re open! (I promise that there will be some major landmarks in the photos to help you along :)  Comment where you think we are and share the photo to enter for a chance to win the new product we are showing. That's it!  Only enter once per photo, BUT you can certainly enter on more than one photo that we will be posting!  One little stipulation.  If you win on one photo you are out for any more prizes ... we have to spread the love around a bit :)

Preppy Stripe Monogram Wine Glasses!

We introduced a line of preppy striped stemless wine glasses to the shop and are absolutely in love with them!  They are perfect for bridesmaids gifts or would make adorable and not to be forgotten favors at an outdoor party.

At first sight of these lovely striped glasses our thought was a backyard or park luncheon for the bride to be and all the ladies sipping a refreshing and cool white wine sangria from the matching straws.

Here is a glimpse of the colors we carry and we would also like to include our favorite white sangria recipe for you at the end of the post!

One last little note from Theresa :)
The shop has some FABULOUS new glasses in that I can't wait to share with everyone!  It has been killing me not to show them off on instagram and our fb page!  I've played around with the idea of a little contest to introduce them :)  Here is the idea and I'll post the exact specifics on our fb and instagram and of course here too on Sunday.  The shop will be closing Sunday at 8 p.m. for two weeks as I will be going on vacation and the pups can't keep things going without their vinyl artist to create monograms for the glasses... so...  we thought to introduce the new line while I'm living the life and seeing the sights.  I'm going to bring one of the new glasses along and take some snapshots of it in use where I am and the contest will be to name the city I am in correctly!  How fun!  I will be sure to hit some major landmarks!  I'll leave more details on Sunday so keep your eye on our pages.

White Wine Sangria

1 750 ml bottle Moscato (if you don't like the sweetness of moscato a sauvignon blanc or pinot grigio may be substituted)

4 cups Lemon-Lime Soda

1/2 cup white Rum

1/2 cup Peach Juice

2 Lemons sliced thin

2 Limes sliced thin

1 cup Peaches Sliced

Fresh peaches are best but if not in season canned may be substituted and the juice in the can utilized for the juice.

Mix it all together and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 2 - 4 hours, pour in your monogrammed glasses and enjoy!
